1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or engaging Perfect Painters for painting or contractor services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Estimates

• Estimates: All quotes provided are based on the initial inspection and details supplied by the client. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Unforeseen structural issues discovered during prep-work may invoke additional charges, discussed with the client prior to proceeding.
• Color Accuracy: We provide physical or digital color samples. Variations may occur due to lighting and monitor displays. Final color sign-off belongs entirely to the client before mass paint applications.
• Timelines: We strive to complete projects on the discussed schedule. However, delays influenced by unforeseen weather conditions, material unavailability, or client adjustments do not constitute a breach of contract.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise outlined in writing via the project contract:

• A standard 40% deposit is required before any materials are purchased or scheduling commences.
• Progress payments may be outlined depending on the scope of the architectural or commercial project.
• Final payment is due immediately upon the project's satisfactory completion and site cleanup.

4. Property Preparation & Liability

Clients are kindly requested to clear the working area of valuable, fragile, or obstructive items. While our team utilizes extreme professional care (including heavy drop cloths, masking tape, and moving heavy furniture), Perfect Painters is not liable for incidental damages to items that were not secured or moved prior to our arrival.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a limited warranty covering blistering, peeling, or chipping of the paint resulting directly from defective workmanship. This warranty heavily relies on the paint manufacturer's expected lifespan and does not cover damages caused by severe weather, physical abuse, structural faults, moisture defects, or settling cracks.

6. Changes to Terms

Perfect Painters reserves the right to review and modify these terms dynamically. Changes will be posted explicitly on this page. Service engagements initiated after updates indicate the client's automated consent to the new terms.
